1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mr. Wolf ("Service"), provided by Max Planck Dev ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Access

Users may register as individuals or as part of an organization. Login is managed through AWS Cognito and Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers, including Google APIs such as Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, to provide authentication and functionality. You explicitly authorize Mr. Wolf to access those services only after you consent during the connection process.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, malicious, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Uploading or distributing illegal or sensitive content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Sharing login credentials across individuals
• Scraping, automated access, or denial of service attacks

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Mr. Wolf offers a free tier that includes one admin and one read-only user, with limited AI features. Paid tiers provide full access, including additional admin and read-only roles. Payments are processed by a third-party provider. You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time.

We do not store your payment information. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Billing disputes related to payment processing may be subject to the terms of the payment provider.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

All content you create remains the property of you or your organization. Content is private within your organization unless explicitly published or shared by your users.

Uploaded files are not moderated by us but must comply with these Terms. Your data is stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, we may collect limited technical and usage information, including error logs and interaction data, through first-party tools and trusted service providers. Some of these tools may record user interactions for debugging and quality assurance purposes, subject to your consent where required by law.

Your use of the Service and our handling of your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains in detail how information, including data obtained from third-party services such as Google APIs, is accessed, used, and shared.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated responses in Mr. Wolf are suggestions only. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it. We disclaim any liability for consequences resulting from AI-generated content.

While we may in the future use anonymized and obfuscated data to improve our AI models, we do not currently use your data across organizations.

7. Termination & Data Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. We will notify you of such actions. Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days unless otherwise requested. After 30 days, it will be permanently deleted.

8. Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced via email. Outages will be communicated via email and a dedicated service status page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Planck Dev disclaims all liability for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive class action rights and limit claims to individual actions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and through our app. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
