Max Planck Dev ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Mr. Wolf, our AI-powered business process management (BPM) platform.
The Service is available globally and hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States.
We may use third-party payment processors to handle subscription and billing transactions. When you make a payment, your payment details (such as credit card number or banking information) are processed directly by these providers and are never stored on our servers.
These third parties comply with industry standards (such as PCI-DSS) and operate under their own privacy and security policies. We only receive limited billing information (e.g., your name, email, and payment status) to manage your account.
Our payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. or its affiliates. Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.
To improve product quality, reliability, and user experience, we may use first-party and trusted third-party tools to collect technical and interaction data, including session replay and error monitoring.
These tools may collect navigation and interaction patterns, performance metrics, and error events.
Where required by law, such tools are activated only based on user consent. Users may choose between essential-only functionality, anonymous analytics (not linked to identity), or full analytics. Sensitive inputs are masked or excluded by default. Consent preferences can be changed within the application.
Mr. Wolf integrates with Google services, including Google Sign-In (OAuth), Google Calendar, and Google Drive APIs, to provide authentication, scheduling, automation, and document-related functionality.
When a user connects their Google account, Mr. Wolf only accesses Google user data that is strictly necessary to deliver the requested features and only after the user has provided explicit consent.
Google Sign-In is used solely for authentication and account identification purposes. Mr. Wolf may access basic profile information such as the user's name, email address, and profile image to create and manage the user account.
Google Calendar data is accessed only to enable calendar-based features explicitly initiated by the user. Mr. Wolf creates calendars for each service and calendar events that reflect the calendar triggers defined for your processes. This includes reading existing events, creating new events, updating events, or removing events as part of your process automation.
Mr. Wolf creates and manages files within a dedicated "Mr. Wolf" folder in your Google Drive. During integration setup, Mr. Wolf may create folders and documents that mirror your organization structure (Areas, Services, Policies). Mr. Wolf does not access or modify files outside its designated folder.
Google user data:
Access to Google user data is limited to automated systems and authorized personnel only when strictly required for operational, support, or security purposes.
Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested functionality. Users may revoke Mr. Wolf's access to Google services at any time via their Google Account settings. Users may also request deletion of their associated data by contacting us through the channels listed in this policy.
Mr. Wolf's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own use. We also do not share data across client organizations. All data is isolated per customer account.
Our AI features may use anonymized and aggregated patterns to improve platform intelligence, but never in a way that reveals individual or organizational identities.
Data is stored in the United States via AWS. We apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect international user data, especially in the EU/EEA.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal requirements. You may request data deletion by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data. Contact us at info@mrwolfapp.com
We use encryption, access controls, and secure practices to protect your data. While no system is 100% secure, we take security seriously and continuously improve.
Mr. Wolf is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be posted here and may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
